Keeps calling - no messages - probably verizon because we dropped them...

always calls and is seen by caller id as unavailable.  very persistent and annoying.

Caller ID display just says "unavailable."

repeated calls.....am on a do not call list, says "unavailable"

its verizon wireless calling....if you just canceled a plan they try to get you back as a customer. I canceled my broadband card but still have my VZW cell account. They keep calling my VZW cell telling me to come back to VZW. i just called the number back talked to a rep and she took me off the call list because im still a customer. it took less that 2 mins...hope that helps

Yeah, I'll have to take everyone's word that it's Verizon; we actually just changed our service - we didn't drop them, but dropped one of the line on our family plan.  We keep getting these long messages left on the machine about coming back to them (well, we're still with them!).  when I actually pick up, they - it's a machine or recorded message, I assume - hang up!  Very professional indeed!

Called 8 times today, it's Verizon Wireless calling to "come back!".   Fact is, I cancelled the service over a month ago and went to a cheaper provider....
