AT&T Direct TV - Solution Council, 1050 West Capitol Ave. Sacramento CA  not listed as legitimate business

Called from AT&T Direct TV. When I told him I don't use it, demanded to know who I used instead. No thank you.

After my usual business greeting, caller hung up.

Called and ask it Direct TV/AT &T customer. Answered No. Then ask what service you use. The abruptly hung up.

Asked if we had Direct TV or Satellite TV.  I said yes, he said "oh your box is old and we need your address to replace it".  I said, oh, I just had it replaced two weeks ago, good bye!

Calls constantly. Asked if I was a directv customer, said the box was bad and will send a replacement before service is shut off. Called again wanted me to provide code off my tv box and verify last four digits of social security number. Called again wanted my four digit pin code on my tv account. WTF! I keep hanging up on them they keep calling back! Ridiculous!

claimed to be an AT&T rep, wanted info about my direct tv receiver that would allow them to change the satellite settings and software...got pushy when I wouldn't give him the info, insisted he was with directv but could not give me my name...he gave several other names that are in no way related to me or my account.
add to that, he called my cell phone, and not the phone associated with my at&t account...and gave 888-589-0457 as the callback number even though his call originated from 800-531-5085

Same thing. I called DTV and reported call.

let a 7 second voicemail saying "if you don't pick up this call in the next 24 hours your tv service will be cancelled."  I don't believe they understand how voicemails work and we don't have a tv service, added to blocked.
