    Scam alert!!!
    Indian call center that wanted to know if I have DirectTV.   I asked him why he wanted to know.   Claimed he could only continue the conversation if I confirmed if I had it (very suspicious).  I asked him who is he that he needs to know and he refused to tell me only said he wanted to know if I had scrambled image problems.    So I hung up.   Appears they are phishing for account information as any legit quality control service would know who to call and who not to.

    Other scam indicator is the CID simply read "800 Service" and bigger indicator is if you call the number back, the recording is for "Crystal Springs bottled water"
