Some lady who could BARELY speak clearly enough for me to understand she was speaking English called me from this number, identifying herself as someone from Zakeim and Associates.  They called me at WORK to collect a DEBT which was only 2 months out.  First of all, calling someone at work to collect a debt is ILLEGAL, according to FCRA and other consumer rights info that I've seen.  I told them not to call back anymore.  The woman who called me gave me her call-back number, 800-531-5490x271.  Good luck if ANYONE can understand her.  She had to spell out the firm's name for me to finally understand!!

Calling for a debt that's been bad since 2007 with Old Navy/Gap. They take themselves very seriously even though they're no more threatening than a telemarketer. Beware - they HARASS, HARASS, HARASS and are obnoxious as all get out when you talk to them.

Please be advised that Zakheim & Associates took over a lot of Zwicker and Associates accounts when Zwicker in Georgia (Lawrenceville) crapped out on following up on accounts and case load. this was due to bad management by their Georgia office manager and lead attorney, Denise Darcel Arnold. Zwicker Georgia has a revolving door of right-out-of-law-school attorneys, usually female, that rarely stay for more than 6 months to a year.

One sure sign that we have researched that you are being called in this manner is if you had previous contact with Zwicker, they totally disappeared, and you start getting calls from Zakheim out of the blue and have never received any mail communication. Usually Zakheim does not have clear title to the debts or judgments from Zwicker Georgia (they are treated as a franchise of the parent company), so you will never receive any official communication - phone is NOT official communication.

Client was call by call center operative named Keith Richards (extn 260) - informed the client they should call back as Mick Jagger. This client also reported that this was the 3rd phone call they knew of over the past 4 months, and have NEVER received any correspondence by mail... They also have not heard from Zwicker since June of last year, since they answered all of the plaintiff discovery and serviced Zwicker with defendant's discovery.

I tire of machine calling my house asking for some one that don't live there. If a person would call they would hear my name and my wife name and not any one other live here. They need to hire some one to call not machine that don't hear you tell them that.

This number has called me (company line) everyday for about a month with no one on the other end. I would be happy to ask the person on the other end to stop calling us, but unfortunately as I said, no one is on the other end. I have researched this number and it appears to be a scam associated with the number.

I just ripped them to shreds in an email. Ridiculous. Multiple calls a day, no messages, nothing. Just loud obnoxious music blaring through my machine telling me to hold on.  I threatened them with legal action.

He said he was calling from Direct TV and his name was Richard

A BIG JOKE!! THEY WANT CREDIT CARD INFO FOR A DEBT I DO NOT HAVE !! THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET MY NAME RIGHT! An illegal alien of some sort with horrible English tried to talk but I just cussed her real good and hung up. These are the stupidest morons ever to try phone scamming!!
