Eric says FIFA Card Services... I think he meant to say FIA Card Services.  I have a credit card serviced by them and I think I missed my payment last month.  So that's who this most likely is.  I was on another call when this came through.

Don't want to receive this unwanted calls from 800-536-1584, This is because my mother is sick and this made her get ansious and nervous.

Called last night. No message was left on my machine.

I have a BOA card, but I paid it off in full, this past summer. Owe $0.00

Sounds to me, if they are calling about BOA accounts, it must be a scam.
I still have a cc with them, but owe nothing. Nada, zip..

Same thing for me, 2 calls from this number, no message left either time, they call every day (so far) at different times. They call my work numbre so it is not like I can actually answer & discuss anything.

YES THIS IS TRUE A SCAM IT IS AND I TO HAVE RECIEVED THE SAME CALLS FROM 866-635-4316  THEY CALL ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT ...DONT OWE ANYBODY ANYTHING...WHAT I DID WAS FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER PROTECTIVE DIVISION AT THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE YOU CAN ACCESS A FORM ONLINE...THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY MORE CALLS AFTER THAT...THE FCC IS USELESS EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST PAST NEW LAWS WITHIN THE LAST 3 MONTHS STATING ANY TELEMARKETERS OR SO CALLED DEBT COLLECTORS NEED YOURE PERMISSION T0 CALL YOURE HOME PHONE SO EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A PRIVATE UNLISTED PHONE NUMBER THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH THEY STILL CALLED ON A CONSTANT BASIS .....

Called twice yesterday and three times on 3/5.  I have them blocked as this is a scam.

They call on quite a few different numbers!!!!  Be aware!!!

Did you know that under the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, passed in 197,7 that harassment is illegal and restricts collectors' calls between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm and also demands that the creditor cease calling you at work.  You should request this in writing by certified mail with return request requested...

This number called wanting my credit card info and I didn't give it to them.... They originally said they were F...something card services, but I said I'd only talk to Bank of America..  SCARY!!

Recieved call from this number.  Didn't answer... just get numerous calls a day from telemarketers and scammers. Sick of it.

a woman who called herself Judy Gold wanted personal information for my BOA Credit Card. When I asked her what the Information was about, she Said she could not go any further till I give her the personal information. I told her I would call my Bank. She tried to give me a number to call, which I declined and said I have the number. My Bank said DO NOT GIVE OUT INFORMATION to anyone over the phone.

This is fia service, they are a collection agency for bank of america. If your late on a payment it is why they are calling.

I have received numerous calls from this number reportedly representing my accounts with Bank of America.  Wanted verification of mother's last name, my dob, verification of my DOB, when I questioned why, the lady whom I spoke with supposedly put her manager on the line, who tried to pressure me into giving the information.  I refused to provide any information and hung up.  I'm sure this is a scam trying to get information fraudently,  don't give out any information to these people.  They aren't legit.

Someone calling himself James Rogers from FIA Card Services called about my BOA card...led off the call asking for my mother's maiden name and date of birth to verify they were speaking to the right person. I said no, he asked for home phone number (they called my work for some reason) and maybe address or something...I said I wasn't giving that info, he hung up.

Sounded like a scam.
