Was told by Aetna Health Services this number was for technical support on their website.  I called it and was immediately greeted with instructions to press 1 or 2 if anyone in the household is over/under 50.  I should have known better, but thought Aetna was trying to tabulate statistics for its technical inquires.  Not.  I reached a very cheerful woman who said I reached the medical alert line and who congratulated me on being able to get some sort of medical device for no cost.  I tried to interrupt her, but she just kept right on talking.  She may have been a recording, but if so, she was the best recording I've ever heard.  After saying HELLO several times over, I hung up.  Must have been given a wrong number by Aetna.
