    One of the Robo blocking sites has a transcript identifying the caller as Concora Credit.  Call back gets, "For English press 1." Then instructions in Spanish followed by "Welcome to Concora Credit." It's one of those "reduce your debt" spam (possibly SCAM) calls.  The have a website which came into existence in 2022 (according to whois dot com) and expires in 2027.
    I asked AI Assist if Concora Credit was a scam.  This is the result:
