    I have also received calls from this number but they do not leave a message and I refuse to pick it up. I have no debts but I suspect it is one of the many debt collectors who dial the wrong number.

    I didn't answer, but they did leave a voicemail.  It is NOT a debt collector.  It was Barclay VISA calling to check on fraudulent activity on my credit card.  They give you a case number and you call back to verify recent activity on your card.  (You do not have to provide your card number.)  It's for the cardholder's protection.  This is a call you want to return.
