Good news is that this is a legit company.
Bad news is it is Windstream Telephone Company's collection department.

These goofs started repeatedly calling every hour, finally answered call. Windstream Collections Dept. She said I was 30 days past due on a bill, that had been paid (a week ago). I was puzzled. She was telling me I was 30 days late on bill that had already been received. How does this happen??? I couldn't help but to laugh. Technology at it's best!

Answered it, the asked for a person that works here, told them they were not in and could I...click... take a message.
They guy always get these type of calls like every 9-10 months. Know he pays his phone every 2 months for the past 7 years. Windstream is a moron.

These scammed took over my line and they call me all day everyday. I knew I was paying 2 bills a nonth. I get into it with windstream all the time. I don't know if it's the scanner or your workers but we have done business from this same house for at least 8 years. Tell me how am I to be reimbursed for all the extra bills I have paid . Been paying 2 times a month for at least 6 months

This number has called my house phone every 15 mins. I finally decided to take my phone off the hook to hopefully scare them away. Sad thing is we are paying for a house phone just to have internet and we pay for nothing but spam calls everyday

Called multiple times C.I.D. says Alltel they have been out of business for at least 20 years if not more, no one is there when I answer.  Robo caller

Have called twice a day. When I pick up, only static. Supposedly this is Windstrem. We have had this company call us from a different number about a bill we pay on time. We're in the middle of a pandemic & have already made payment relief arrangements with Windstream 2 months ago.

Hi, this is Windstream calling with a special offer on your account.
Me: I don't have a Windstream account.
OK - can you have a Windstream account holder give us a call?
Me: That makes absolutely no sense.

Ir's still happening! Paid my bill before due date...two weeks later i got the late notice. When i called, the combined I.Q. of the three i spoke with was 1. That may be giving them a higher score than what it really is!

So caller. Tried to get me to pay for my Windstream bill that wasn’t even due yet. Told me I need to reapply for acp benefits but they were just trying to get my info.

This is nothing more than a scam call pretending they are Windstream and trying to get info and money out of you for services they do not provide.  Foreign speaking, uneducated idiots!   Just hang up!

They say they are Windstream and call and text me. I called Windstream phone number on my bill and they said it wasn’t them, my account is fine and it’s a phishing scam
