Offered tax relief.

Called wanting to help with p/r tax lien that was already dealt with almost 10 yrs ago.

He calls our business everyday and says he's calling regarding a state tax matter and asks who would be in charge of handling it. I "take a message".

He identifies himself as Don Davis, ext. 1177

He calls and leaves a message about needing to clear up a tax matter with the state of Michigan ext 1135. I don't return the calls.

pushy and obnoxious, calls the business incessantly
as well as the owner's home. it's outright harassment.

'Tyler' has taken to blocking his # once he realized
his lies weren't getting him anywhere

They have been calling our business for months now always needing the owner its usally a man, after not being able to get intouch with our owner a women has started calling 2-3 times aday with the extension of 1156. Once you tell them you have researched and think they are a scam they dont call back. The lady started suttering and hung up on me when i told her this.

This is Omni Financial they have two locations, one in Broomfield, CO and one in Vero Beach, FL.  I went to the trouble to research all these types of companies.  Names, addresses, google research, BBB research, and in some cases supreme court research.  Thousands of people hire these companies every month.  I tried to be as impartial as I could, “just the facts.”  Some of them have multiple locations, and some of them have multiple names in the same location.  14 Linked reviews for all the companies are at the bottom of the article.

I'm so sick of telemarketing calls. They always ask for the business owner. I explain that he is running a business and doesn't have time to talk to telemarketers all day and to remove us from their calling list. They keep calling.
