Called when I was not home.  Tried to do *67 to hide number when I called to see who it was.  They have a way of knowing who is calling because they called me by name and I hung up.  Then they called back.  We have attorney's that are handling our bills right now and these guys are not supposed to contact us in any way.  Pretty dirty company.

They are calling various numbers which are incorrect, leaving messages.  All automated calls but when you try to call back, the line just rings.  Harrassing calls.

They call and ask who they are speaking to, talk very nasty when you ask them who they are and what they want...and then ask for your attorneys name, without identifying themselves or giving you any onformation. very rude and they call numerous times and hang up on you if you dont tell them your name.

Well, my call wasn't nearly as bad as everyone seems to have experienced. Not sure if it made a difference that they were calling a Government Agency or not, but they were relatively pleasant. We've been receiving these calls at least once a week for over a month. The recordings are difficult to decipher, but I managed to get enough information to call back. Our problem is that they are calling a trunk line, and I have no idea which one they are calling (it could be one of hundreds). The input the main line into their block system today and I advised them that all numbers beginning with 614-644 are state agency phone numbers. They said they will have their IT department search for those numbers and remove them. I fully expect more calls though.
