I never heard about this and suddenly I received an email stating that they will start billing me on August 16, 2010. I tried calling the phone number, nobody answered.

Same thing happened to me. Got an e-mail stating they will start billing me. No one answers the phone number. Reported it to the Attorney General's fraud office!!

got an e-mail, not a call. They said the biller name was "CerbMan*healthforever", and they would start billing my card on Aug 16th. Know of no such company, and have not authorized anyone to bill a credit card!! The phone number above was the one they gave for "service questions or assistance", but no one answers!!!

Yes, I received an e-mail also stating the same as all the above posts.  No one answers the call - keeps you on hold forever.  Something has to be done about all this scamming stuff!!!!!

The same thing happened to me. I'm not sure of the best course of action but certainly know the one that should be taken with these jerks.

I received the same email.  I never heard of this site and certainly did not order anything or authorize payment from my account.  Please, if anyone knows a course of action please post it.

Recieved an e-mail saying I will be billed for ????? From Cerbman healthforever???after Aug 16. Have no clue what or who they are referring to Big Scam! tried to call the # that was left 800-545-1762 and could not speak with anyone

This is crazy.... I do not know who this is and when you call it acts as if you are being put on hold then the phone goes dead.  Below is the email that was received.

Over the recent months you may have noticed that you have not been charged to continue to use the benefits that our on-line Fit Factory program has to offer. We were busy making improvements to our services and decided that while making these improvements we would make sure that you still had access to all that you had come to appreciate before.
Now that these changes are complete and we are equipped to assist you even more, we will now be resuming your normal billing schedule. The card that was used to purchase our program will be billed on or after Monday, August 16th, by "CerbMan*healthforever".
Of course you are under no obligation to continue the use of our program. If you are no longer in need of our assistance please contact us at 800-545-1762 where we can discuss further options for you. For reference, your order number is .

Have no idea who this company is. tried calling the number given, to be disconnected. will be reorting info to my bank,and attorney generals office.

what did the attorney generals office say?

I did not get this call, but someone is putting charges on my card.  I have to get to the bank anc cancel my card because of some thief.  This is for the birds. I will call the attoney general on Monday.  D#$# scam people.

Charges on my card I did not agree to.No naswer when I call the number.

I just got my bank statement and they have taken payment out of my account for 29.95.  I have not authrized this or even know who they are.  I also tried calling the number and was put on hold and no one answered.  I am getting ahold of my bank and the proper authorities.

Same here.  Aside from canceling  credit card, is there anything else one can do??

That is the scam! you call and you are heavily charged from the ridiculous rates! Cerbman Health Forever does not exist.

Going through the same thing with my account..do not know how they can take money from bank account with permision??? If anyone knows how to stop this...HELP !!!
