Called at 2:25 AM.  Second call from this number in the middle of the night.

Has called multiple times over the last 3 months...always around 1AM.

Called around 6:10 pm.  Left a partial message with slurred speech that I couldn't understand.  Their message seemed to be cut off before they were finished.  Something threatening about "failure to communicate" with them.

This was a call from an alarm monitoring company, monitoring my old employer. Left a garbled message the first time they called. Clear message the second time. It would be ok to talk to them to have them take you off thier list. Me, now I ignore because my old company can't seem to remove me off their contact list after two years.

Called twice at 1am, said it was “central station”

Called twice before 5:00 am (EST)! I knew it looked like an illegitimate number so I didn't answer. Googled it and see all the comments with similar story.

they have called me 4 times in the past two hours (10pm-12am) and haven't left a message.

I work for an apartment developer / operator. This number is associated with a fire alarm monitoring service, CenSignal (it keeps getting sold around to fire companies). If you get calls at weird hours, then that means they for whatever reason have you listed as the contact point. Frustrating to experience, but fortunately not a scam
