This phone number is the collections department for Zions Bank Bankcard Department. They are calling because you owe them money on your credit account.

Calls 8+ Times a day, most are pleasant to talk to.  If you hang up or don't make arangements, they will keep calling.

I get calls from these people 3 to 5 times a day also.  It IS zions first national bank.  They are terrible just for the record.  I have successfully closed my credit card account almost two years ago, and they still hound me for obvious oversights on their part.  How do you close an account without having to pay off all the debts?! Zions will never see my business ever again.  Unfortunately, this is far from the worst things I have seen from them.

This Zions bank is the WORST .. they claim I have an overdue loan which is a LIE .. I overpay the loan every month and they cannot process the overpayment and screw it up which gives me a partial payment on the loan .. they are IDIOTS and I HATE THEM .. they call me repeatedly although I have alerted the Amegy Bank in Houston about the problem.. of course the idiots in Houston just want MONEY and to charge their customer TOO MUCH for everything .. I HATE HATE HATE bankers which are just legal theives ... I have straightened this out repeatedly with this ZIONS and I am in the process of moving my accounts .. this bank is the pits NEVER do business with them

I have received 2 calls today from Zions bank collections at this number each time they have been looking for the same person but it was not me and each time I have told them they have the wrong number. I do have an account with them and if they just looked up the phone number they would see I do not owe them a dime. If I get one more call after they have said they would remove me from the list I will no longer bank with them

Closed my account because of absolutely NO "service" and a give a s--t' attitude - now they are hounding me via recorded message.  No one in the organization has enough brains to call during regular hours so I can tell them what I really would love to tell them.  If you do business with this bank, 1)You are insane !!!  2)prepare to get screwed !!!

I have been receiving calls from this number as well, always after 7pm!! When I call back (it only rings one time?!) I get an answering machine not even naming the business.
One time I got them on the phone, I told them they are calling the wrong number (I do not have an account with them, never had and sure enough never will), but nothing changed, still getting calls after 7pm.

How did they even get my number? Why do they call? Why are they so freakin annoying? Questions and more questions...

I have NEVER had any type of account with Zions bank and these [removed:lang] call me several times a day and it is an automated recording, so I can't even tell them to leave me alone.

I am getting ALOT of calls from them..but i never knew till now why..they are trying to say they are calling regaurding a bank acct..but the actual bank knows nothing of it..just a bunch of B.S...

But, I do not have any credit card debts or other debts for that matter other than my mortgage which is not past due.  I don't think they are calling someone who had this number before since I've had it for over 9 years and it's a prepaid so I'm not gonna waste my minutes talking to them!  They've called 4 times today.  But, I do NOT answer numbers I don't recognize or hidden numbers.

I work at a call center, and got a call from this number at work while on a call with a customer (I didn't answer it). Not sure how they even got in to my extension; I've never had an account at that bank and I don't owe anyone money. They were probably just using a "shotgun approach" and calling all the extensions at our company because someone that owes them works here. Pretty unprofessional IMO.

Received a call from 1800-558-3785 Asking for someone else.  Have had the number they called for numerous years.     They did not identify themselves, nor say why they called.  It's from Zion bank, of which I do No business with nor have.

The number is legit. I hesitantly called back after getting the recorded message three days in a row, and gave them absolutely zero information. Just using the phone number I called from, they were able to tell me who I was, which bank they were representing, which account was involved and other significant details. Definitely some collections agency either owned or hired by Zions Bank. One of my accounts had gone into deficit due to a bank error but had been "resolved" by the time I called back (they knew that too without me providing any info). To their credit, they were polite and even apologized for any inconvenience. Funny that Zions Bank sent it to collections at the same time they were "investigating" the issue.

Well! If it isn't Dave the Shill back again. NEVER call phone numbers given to you by email or phone message. If it's about your account, phone the number on your statement. If it's about your credit card, call the number on the back of the card. If someone posts a "It's ok to phone" on this forum & there are dozens of complains- don't call!

UTTER MORONS CALL FROM 800 558 3785 ASKING FOR INFORMATION WHICH THEY WOULD HAVE ALREADY IF THEY WERE FROM ZIONS BANK - UNLESS THEY ARE BRAID DEAD, WHICH IS A POSSIBILITY. CALLS ARE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS AND THEY SOUND QUITE YOUNG AND ARE EXCEEDINGLY OBNOXIOUS! IF THEY ARE FROM ZIONS BANK, IT IS SHAMEFUL.

Tired of getting repeat calls from this number. I have no idea who it is.

They may be calling because of an overdraft.  They charged me 200 for an 18 overdraft.  Goodbye Zions Bank.
