I just called and they are suppose to credit my account as well - we will see but yes it is from vistaprint

I did not receive a phone call from them, but I received a charge on my debit card from them. I tried to call them to find out what happened and they won't let you contact them without giving them your credit card number, your member ID, or your phone number. Talked with the bank and they don't have any more information than I do. I am turning in a form to get the charge reversed.
