- rgrell| 3 repliesA company I do not recognise
- bigdaddy327| 4 repliesThis number was posted as a transaction on a checking account.
Enter your phone number in order to get your membership number. Then listen for the prompts (I believe it's #2) to ask questions about your membership. Wait for about a minute then you will speak to a live person who will ask for your member ID. It's the passport to fun which offers rebates on retailers. More than likely you may remember the site you used which may have sent you to a link for this. Just demand they cancel your membership and they will credit your account. - seabeewife replies to bigdaddy327| 1 replyThis company took money out of my checking account. How in the world did they get my card number? I called the 800 # and canceled the memebership asap. money still has not been put back in my account.
- mommybradley replies to seabeewifeI also received this on my checking account. I was able to speak with someone after hitting #3, and then 0. They sai that during checkout on VistaPrint I opted for a "free Trial" of their service. I was able to have them cancel the account. But was not able to get them to reverse the charges. I guess it means that I need to be 100% sure when ordering ANYTHING online about checking or unchecking boxes at a checkout. It is kind of scary that this company was able to use the CC# that I provided VistaPrint.
- mA charge was made to my debit card with this # posted to it. I called this number and the charge was through VistaPrint as well, though when ! told them that I absolutely didn't authorize the charge or the service they offered a refund within the next 2 business days.

- mtngrandpa replies to bigdaddy327Thanks to everyone that posted here before. I called vistaprint.com on their support number 800-961-2075 and the menu does have a selection for passporttofun. Like your experiences, the person said that they would refund all charges.
They also explained that a pop-up window after placing a vistaprint order is how the charge was activated. I find it totally unacceptable for a honest company to engage in such "pop-up rip-off's" after I completed a online transaction with them.
I SWEAR, I WILL NEVER DO VISTAPRINT again, and hope to spread the word to all that I know. THEY USE "RIP-OFF" Tactics. A honest company would not be involved with passporttofun. "VISTAPRINT is A RIP-OFF COMPANY" - roseleaf| 1 replyI, too, just received a charge after ordering my business cards from VistaPrint. Won't be using them again - I thought their checkout process annoying and way to complicated with all sorts of extraneous things. I did not want the Passport to fun thing and am pretty pissed I have to spend my time to deal with it.

- steelmonI found out today that my card was also billed $14.95. I called the number that was on my bank statement and talked to the guy there that was really helpful. He canceled the account & said that my money would be refunded in 3 days. He said that after you place an order with Vistaprint and the screen comes up to get $10 cash back then that automatically signs you up for the passporttofun....so buyer beware. I will still do business with Vistaprint but I will be more aware to read the small print and doublecheck what I am clicking on.
- gabe replies to bigdaddy327ya it's passport to fun. problem is, i know i never signed up with them for anything. i'd never heard of them till my wife said there was a charge on our bank account for them. i followed the prompts and had my membership canceled.
- taken advantage of replies to roseleafHow silly! This is unethical. Vista print, My trust in you is GREATLY diminshed.
- PaintGirlI too had this on my account, thing is I DID NOT activate anything when I ordered VisaPrint. However, when I called for the inquiry and to tell them to refund it, the first thing I said was this is a buisness account and business credit card and he immediatly said I am so sorry and will refund it (before I asked for the refund). So maybe some law about charging business' i do not know but that got him to immediatly say i am so sorry.
- Leigh| 1 replyI TOO just saw the charge on my credit card. I just called Vistaprint and told them I wanted to talk to a customer service manager and when they asked WHY... I told them that what they did was fraudulent a scam. The customer service mgr is Tyson Reid and the President of the company is Robert Skeane out of Lexington MA. My next call is to the Attorney Generals office and then all my friends in the media.
I have purchased alot of stuff from this company and this pisses me off. When I called it turns out that they billed me TWO TIMES so if you have ordered more than one time you better look back at your bills/invoices/statements... - BoiseStar replies to LeighI'm done with Vista Print. Never, EVER again will they see a dime of my money!
- JackI just got an email indicating I had a membership in passporttofunplus, and the next billing date was going to be 12/25/08. I immediately canceled online. I won't be using Vistaprint again.

- AlexTrungHuynhplease help me how to get off of this? how to cancel the [***] membership and get back money.
vista print... you [***]! damn it! - Knoxville replies to rgrell| 2 repliesI found the credit on my account on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I called and cancelled my account and they said they would credit my account in 2 business days. I will update this entry to let everyone know if they did in fact credit it. I'm considering calling Vista Print and complaining...I don't want to use their services if this is what happens!
- Knoxville replies to KnoxvilleAbout 5 minutes after cancelling my membership on the phone with a live person, I received a confirmation email from the company saying my membership had been cancelled with a confirmation number attached. So they're selling our email addresses too???
- richiedwas also charged on my credit card..called the 800 number ..the computer canceled my "membership"..then I obtained a live person who promised to refund the money in 3 days..You are all right ..this whole thing is rip city..Vista Print has seen the last of my business
- linda92595I also received not one but two charges. I called and e-mailed Vista and told them that they had better reverse the charges. I never sighed up for anything or agreed to anything. In fact I remember not clicking any links. I also turned them into my credit card company for fraud. I intend to pursue this as far as I can even going to the Attorney General if I have to but they had better discontinue this practice before they get sued.
