I am on a no call list. This guy keeps calling asking for someone who does not live here. Will not identify himself, but the number shows up on my phone. I am recording each time this caller calls my house and I plan to press telephone harrassment charges. Don't have many more that I have to record before I will be able to press charges. Will not identify himself or who he is affiliated with. Stated that this is a personal call.

This company called harassing my mother for payment of something the insurance company told us they had already paid and the hospital was not keeping good records.  This agency needs to be stopped from abusing the elderly.

HHRG keeps calling me and I have no idea why.
I own no credit cards of any kind and I owe no medical bills
of any kind. So I don't know why this company keeps calling me. I would like for the calls to stop.

I hope you reported this to your state Department of Commerce and Insurance/Collection Services Board.  They have to be licensed by this agency and with enough complaints they will either change their ways or no longer be licensed.

I get calls from them and several others all the time. What I did was sign up for this thing called youmail which basically lets you set up a custom message for any number you choose. I set it up so they get the number disconnected message and I never hear back from them again. Its an easy way to get rid of them! :) hope that helps someone.

After waiting a minute for someone to pick up the automated call, the woman refused to identify herself or the company she was working for, or the purpose of her call.  She insisted that I fax her certain information, which I refused to do, unless she told me what this was about. She refused and said goodbye.  Rude, and a very strange way to do business...

Got a call "Hello, this is HRRG calling. We look forward to helping you. Please return our call at 1-800-567-1757.
I'm curious about why they're calling, but..
After reading all these comments, I believe I'll use the following:

Call Screening allows you to automatically route up to 12 selected incoming phone numbers to a polite message stating that calls are not being accepted at this time.

    To Activate:

Lift the handset, listen for the dial tone, and then press *60. A menu of options will guide you to activate Call Screening.

Recieved yet another call stating we owed over $300 for a debt from 2009. When I asked them to send me a bill, by mail, I was told we don't send bills we do everything electronically. I told them if I owed money I wanted to see it in writing because I have no idea who I am speaking with on their side of the phone or who the bill was for. She became very irate and told me to pay by credit card or I will go to collections. Again she became very irate. I asked her to speak to her supervisor and she hung up on me. I called back and got another operator. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would help me and I didn't need a supervisor. I told him I wanted a supervisor and I wasn't talking to him. He refused to let me speak to a supervisor.

This company calls about 5 times a day repeatedly, my phone has the capability to block numbers localy and I have blocked them but they continue to call.  The phone records all numbers blocked.  They are trying to collect a medical debt for someone who used to own this phone.  I have asked repeatedly that they remove this number from their database with no luck.

I have recieved  multible calls for months, for collections on medical bills, stating it was last year, that my husbad did not pay his bill. I then gave them my address, last 4 social and insurance info,  not a good idea! The IMBS used the info I gave them against me. There has never been a paper bill sent to me regarding the fact and even an amount. I called the Hospital and there is No Bill Due, as no one was seen on the days they are saying, let alone, ever been there. I am making a police report against the so called Company! ....... I had paid money to HRRG for so called payments due from Dr Bills!!! that I now think was not true either.

I also had a young man be rude to me and hung up on me, just this morning, as I finally decided to investigate futher.

Thanks for the info.  Seeing as how I have full medical coverage - I can't imagine what they want, though I am not curious enough to call back.  If they want to communicate with me, they can send a letter.  This does alert me to check my credit report..

Medical Bill Collections. Medical people charge too much money and that is the primary reason they don't get paid. ($500 + for 2 one-minute hospital visits). This number leaves a recorded message to return their call without identifying their company. Guess they haven't heard of the internet!!!
