Who owns this number?

Someone from this company called from Grenich banking??? asking to follow up on a survey for their customer service.

Received a call from Sharon asking for old owner. I told her no longer with company and wanted to speak to the controller regarding a banking survey that would take only 6 minutes. I told her I would take her name and would call back later. When I called the receptionist answered ISA Greenwich. After googling this, it appears to be a scam or solicitor even though Sharon stated that this was not a sales call.

800-568-7728 left message to return call.  Said she was Sharon with Greenwich Associates.
She said, "by the way, this is not a sales call."
