Keeps calling my cell & house over & over.

Same here..haven't answered though.  My motto: i don't know you..you can leave a msg.  But this number hasn't bother to do that.  Anybody know who they are?

I too am getting calls from this number very annoying.... If you answer it is a recording that says "This is not a sales call... Please stay on the line for important information..." at that point I hang up,

This is Capital one calling.  For what I don't know.

Says this is free service and voice generated email when i ask who is this they said caller is not responding.

I too have been getting calls from this number. In past have not answered. But this time I heled on through all their voice recordings "that this call is important" to speak to a rep. When they finaly answered they wanted to speak to a Matthew. I told them this phone did not belong to a Matthew. And was told that this was the number Matthew gave them. All this time, person on phone not once identified who she was or who they represented. I told her this was a company cell phone for my work in the field and I identified my company and i would be happy to give them a contact number to verify. And I was going to notify my company of my problem with this constant calling. At this point the caller told me that they was sorry and would take this number off the list. After the call ended I started reverse phone lookup to find it was Capital One loan repayment dept. And ultmately led to finding this thread. I can understand there trying to collect from deadbeats but they should be proffesional enough to reilize that the deadbeat might have gave them a bogus ph# and the rude atitude is not warrented untill they have verified they have the correct person they are calling on the line! I also have accounts at Capital One and will go to my accounts secure messages space to complain!

Capital One keeps calling me even though my name isn't on the loan.  It is my ex husband's and his dad's loan. NOT MINE.  I tell them repeatedly that my ex is in germany and that his father is deaf, they have to call through a relay service at HIS house to get in touch with him.  I DON'T CARE if it's going to collections, NOT MY PROBLEM! Every time I explain the situation and even tell them how to get in touch with my ex husband's chain of command, they still won't leave me alone!
