The phone number 800-576-9441 is in UTAH, reportedly belonging to a company called "My Fitness."  Numerous charges attributed to "My Fitness" began to show up on people's credit card statements after they paid $3.95 shipping and handling fees for a "FREE" CD from a company called Grant Writing Express based in Cheyenne, Wyoming.  The two companies must have some affiliation.

Beware of ordering anything on line that offers you a free trial or anything free. I ordered a trial offer of Tri-slim & was immediately sent another bottle charging my cc almost $60.00. I called immediately & cancelled. I have discovered a co. name Fitness & Clickincome have been charging my cc $29.99 a month. I found out they are a subsiderary co. for Trislim & lot of these "free offer" companies. I called my Visa & they cancelled my acct., but I am stuck with $179.94 for all these charges.I was told by Fitness & Clickincome I had subscribed to a fitness program, which I have not. They would not give me the name of the company that they got the info from. I only found out by dozens of people that this has happened to & they are a fradulent company. Have learned they have even gotten into peoples bank acct. by using their debit card no. After all the complaints I don't understand why the gov. does not do anything about this.

not sure! i attempted to purchase a grant writting cd online for 2.95 and now i am disputing a recent charge of 29.99 that showed up as "Myfitness".... and $130 other charges related to the grant writting cd. WAMU is not as good as AMEX for resolving this BS.
