    The recording says “Welcome to Bank of America. This is a notice from the Chinese voice department. Start recording now.” Then some words spoken in a language I can not understand. I have no accounts with Bank of America. I do not speak the language, either. Plus I get 2 or 5 of these scam calls each week from different (possibly SPOOFED) phone #’s.
