Have received a phone call from this company asking for Bernardo.  There is no Bernardo here and have told them so.  This is a private cell number, only given out to family.  Friends don't even have this number.  What's going on here?

800-580-4060 is a collection agency called Capital Management Associates.  They call, but never leave a message with the specifics of what debt and how much, which is stupid.  Because, I don't even answer calls from most friends and relatives, so I definitely will never answer a call from an 1-800 numbe.

I have been getting a call on my computer/fax machine at the same time every day.  Today I decided to *69 and came up with 800-580-4060.  The very pleasant woman who answered at "Capital Management Services" asked me if there was a Bernardo at this number!  This Bernardo sure gets around!  The woman said correct her info and remove my number.  Let's see....

Someone from this 800-580-4060 number keeps calling me and I don't have any outstanding debts.  They started calling my cell phone (which is odd since I only give out that number to family/close friends) around December 5th and never leave a message.  At first, I just thought that it was a wrong number, but now, I'm starting to get annoyed because they wait a few days between calls.  Now that I know it is a collection agency, I will be following the instructions on this website about how to deal with these people.

I receive a telephone call from this number and the Johnny Roseboro and he said: "Yes, ah, the message is for(name), ah, (name repeated), my name is Mr. Roseboro I need you to contact my officer, ah, please be advised this is not a solicitation call, ah, it's a matter that needs your Immediate Attention, as soon as you get the message contact me at 866-415-6213, again the number is 866-415-6213, thank you...then i hear laughter.  I called the number on my caller id (800-580-6213) and spoke to a lady there and she asked me for the extension number which there was none, then she asked me if this is the same number that they called to I said yes then they asked if i was (name) i said no, but that person has the same last name as me, i asked what is this in reference too she said it's a personal matter. I asked did someone die? She said no and that she cannot discuss this.  I told her that (name) never lived here and how did you get this number, she said maybe a bad reference i will take your number off this list, sorry.
