this is a creditor that calls all hours of the day and night and will not accept that i am not the person they are looking for and i have never heard of the person

This guy identifies himself as "Mr. Adams" but won't provide any other information about his identity or company.  He asked for my social security number and birthdate before he would identify himself.  Of course, I refused.  He continues to harass me at work, refusing to accept the explanation that I'm not the person he is trying to locate.  He's going after someone with my name who owned a Toyota but even though I've explained I've never owned a Toyota, he won't relent with the phone calls (to my work!).
