This shows as an India based mobile number advertising a chat service.  The annoying part is that they called my prepaid cell that does not have unlimited minutes so I had to pay for this crap.  I guess that the DNC list plain and simply does not work.  There are too many international companies that don't give a flying crap about our laws and there are too many scammers based in the US that are also scofflaws.  It is the same as I have always felt about gun control.  Take away the right to own a gun and only the criminals will have them = make it illegal to telemarket those who do not wish to be bothered with such nonsense and only criminals will call.
