- yuckytooCaller asks for my husband, told her he was out of the country. She said to please have him call Lynn peterson at 1-800-587-5714. I asked if he knew what this was pertaining to and she got rude. The next hour she called again and since I have caller ID t started telling her that I had checked the Internet and that the scam had been report to the police. She was very rude and said "hello' several times then told me that I needed to stop talking.. I hung up, next time I'm answering with a whistle.

- Jessica and BenWe keep getting automated calls from Superior Asset Management. I don't have caller id so I don't know the phone number from where they are calling from. They have been calling twice a week for about a year now. It is getting REALLY annoying. The message says if you are not Mary Meyer ... then please hang up. If you are call back Chris Fairchild at a certain number. (I don't have that number with me right now) I called the number and it is automated and asks for some kind of a code. I have no way of getting them to stop calling me because when I call back I can't get a hold of a person! Thank you to WJH. I will try to mail them a letter. I am REALLY sick of their phone calls!

- RyanRobo calls several times a month asking for someone who doesn't exist. If you pickup and hit "1" to "attest you are this person", they say they are transferring you, but they hang up on you instead.
Actually called them back at 800-587-5714 which answers as Superior Asset Management.
Call center guy who answered was polite. I explained I am not the person the robocall is asking for. They said I shouldn't get anymore calls. We'll see...- Call type: Debt collector
- Harrassed IndividualI see I'm not the only one having a problem with this agency. They have called two days in a row now asking for a George Baker. I don't know who this is but he sure doesn't live here. When I told them to remove my phone number from their list, the jerk on the other end got sarcastic. Funny thing is, I'm not even male!!! Apparently these idiots can't get anything right!

- getting annoyedI randomly get calls from this number as well... I've started calling them back with my caller id restricted. i start asking for random names of people they have asked for. I confused the hell out of the poor sap that answered the phone. I started asking for the supervisor of the people i was asking for, the person kept trying to locate these people that i claimed i talked to. quite fun actually.

- DiazSeveral calls a day for someone name Violet asking for return call to 800-895-3116. When I returned the call a rude individual claims my number is not in their system and he hung up on me when I asked how to get this fixed. I called back and he hung up again as soon as he saw the number. I called a third time from my cell phone and asked for his name. He only stated the company name and he said he was going to hang up on me again and did.

- you can do something about it!I get everyday 10 to 20 calls from this number. But I just see them on my provider site as I blocked the number. No message. I called back, please do so. A machine is saying the following: "This is Superior Asset Management. This is an attempt to collect a debt by a debt collector. Any information obtain will be used for that purpose" Would you understand what they mean by that? They are located in Florida, their phone number listed is different but, if you call it, you will get the same message. You could talk to somebody or just send to Better Business Bureau, I constantly report these people and they will really take action.

- LeoPeople need to get a service which allows them to block unlimited phone numbers at no charge, so that they can not get through. One of such services is viatalk.com
- JosephineWe do not live at the address and phone number these people have called. They simply ask for me. But it is my brothers home and they refuse to identify who they are. Calls are getting ridiculous.

- BevI have received 2 calls from this number today and it was approximately 8:30 am which is against the law according to the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office in Denver, Colorado. I did not answer but just held the phone to my ear and no one came on the phone.
- Chrystal| 1 replyI got several calls from these people within 5 months time. Talked to a Mrs. Warrner. She asked if I was going to pay my Bank of America credit card debt. I said right now I am unable to pay. Told her that my husband and I both got laid off our jobs and can't afford to pay anybody right now. I asked for a bill showing what I owe and she told me that it would be sent once the bill was paid off. I said no I am not paying until you send me a bill proving how much I owe. She said she was noting that I am refusing to pay and that Bank of America would be notified and they would take further action. I just laughed and told her fine. Well see what happens.
- DonI've received several phone calls on my cell phone from a female voice telling me to call Chris Fairchild at Superior Asset Management at (800)587-5714 about a debt. Only problem is, I have no debts, and I've had this cell phone for only 3 months. They've never called at either of my two land lines, so I assume that if there is a debt, it belongs to someone who had the cell phone before I did. They never leave the name of the individual that they're looking for. I'm not sure what to do.

- sarahSome man with a very hick accent called from this # and left an odd message saying "this call is for Sarah ********" (my maiden last name.) and then cut off. He slurred his words a lot and seemed very uneducated. I NEVER answer 1-800 numbers because I'm always getting harassing calls from the Obama people, and I don't give a rats [***] about Obama honestly. I do have a small amount of credit debt and am farmiliar with collection agencies, but they don't call from 800 numbers and use hick accents and I haven't had a call in months so it leads me to believe that these calls are bogus and are out to steal identities.
