DON"T make the same stupid mistake that I did with Classified Vehicle Solutions (CVS) who claims to provide a "unique" advertisement platform to get your vehicle sold.

"HOW IT WORKS" -   When you sign up you have "options"  in purchasing a "Protection Plan".   Those "Protection Plans" and their lousy Customer Service is the foundation of my argument for anyone who is willing to listen.

Based on my own personal experience and first hand knowledge of being a customer I soon discovered that the "Protection Plan" is a legal document that has been carefully crafted and worded with stringent Terms and Conditions that work against the Buyer and heavily favors CVS.   Most will need a para legally to comply; however, even if you successfully abide by all of their Terms and Conditions; which I did, they DID NOT honor their own 90 Guarantee Refund Policy.

In the beginning their customer service is great.  Why?   Well, they want your money.   You'll even hear from a live human being who has been trained in the art of selling you on how "great" and "safe" it will be in using their service.   Regrettably, I bought into that hook, line and sinker.  DON"T DO IT!!!     Once they have your money, you'll never hear from them again.   Throughout the 90 day "sell" period they don't even suggest you revise your selling price.   Now for $300; $400; or $500 don't you think one should get a bit more attention in both "sales" and "service" ?

Please note:  if you make one error in addressing their Terms and Conditions for the 90-Day Guarantee Refund, you can kiss your money goodbye.   Fortunately, that did not happen in my case.   However, even IF you do comply with all the [***] they don't honor their own Terms and Conditions.   To get back my "90-Day Guarantee" I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.   Now bear in mind that all major credit card providers will not act on a disputed item until you have given a vendor 30 days to respond.   Plus you have to prove your case with documentation, which I did 30 days later; along with 17 pages of copy this and copy that.    Within that time period I called their Customer Service number every 5 to 7 days; plus, I sent emails demanding my 90-Day Guarantee Refund.  Didn't hear a word; except, for 1 call after 15 days.   Regrettably, I wasn't home, they left a brief message.   It wasn't until they read my complaint on a blog and got a call from the bank that the the charge was being reversed to honor the 90 Day Guarantee Refund that I got another call from their service manager, John Roberts.     He insisted on sending me a refund check and requested I allow the credit card charge to stand.   Why?   Who knows, the bank already corrected and honored the problem.    To complicate matters further they sent me the check anyways, which created a NICE problem.   For all the slop and crap I went through I decided to back charge them $100.   Hence, I had to mail back $300 of their money, which wasn't held up for 90-Days!!!!

CONCLUSION & SUMMARY:  there is no "guarantee refund."   They don't even honor their own Terms and Conditions and their Customer Service STINKS!
