George Murphy called me from this number and left a voicemail.  I called back and left a message with a lady, giving a File Number which started with PB followed by 5 numerical digits.  No call back yet.  6.13.11

Received a call on 08/21/2015 at 11:02 AM.  Voice mail: "Hello (my name), this is Tina Christian calling from Market Metrics.  Please give me a call here in my office at 1-800-591-1088.  Again, that's 1-800-591-1088.  You can call Monday through Friday from 8 AM 8 PM eastern time.  So when calling back, please ask for Tina Christian and use this reference number: PV19413.  Again, that's 'P' as in 'Paul,' 'V' as in 'Victor,' 19413.  Thank you so much and have a great day."  The call was restricted so no caller ID was shown.

So is this a market research firm or a collection agency?

Rec'd call from a "Megan Jacobs" of Strategic Insight, said to call back to her office Mon-Fri *am-8pm, ask for her and to use reference # ********    No additional info. Call came in as Unidentified Caller and I never ever answer that or an unrecognized number.
