Penny Mac calling to refi current loan. Have a home loan thru them.

Penny Mac left message with "exciting news" ...to help me get cash out of my home equity.

Caller said calling on behalf of PennyMac loan company. Said reviewed loan and think can utilize some benefits and consolidate down the line.

PennyMac calling to discuss current loan and options, maybe PennyMac or scammer?  If legit they are trying to get NEW business from OLD customers. Anyway interest rates have gone up so what is my advantage to refi?

Called twice and let this 800 Service number go to voicemail.  Loan services!!  Really- these calls are annoying at our company.

They will call 6 times in a row while I’m at work or late in the evening. When I do have a voice message it states I am eligible to refi my home loan from Pennymac. I have told them that I am not interested multiple times

Repeated calls that are unwanted. at least one a day everyday.

PennyMac who has my home loan. Very pleasant man but caller ID said Unknown so not sure if legit. He asked me my address but I wouldn't give it and told him if he's from PennyMac he has my address. I gave just the number but he wanted full address which I wouldn't give. Said ok, wished me great day and hung up. Better safe than sorry.

PennyMac. Didn't answer any of the times but they always leave a voicemail to do a "periodic checkup" of my home loan.
Annoying! I don't want a "checkup" ... if I do, I'll call you.
