Female voice on message.  TOTAL SCAM!!  Says emergency call from Microsoft.  Windows account has expired--don't have a windows "account".  I wish someone would catch these people!!!

Scam.  Microsoft license keys don't expire

If they are calling your cell#, go to your preferred app store and download "YouMail".  You can block calls like this. Works great.

Hi you guys. This number called me this afternoon and left a message.  It's a female robotic voice saying my Microsoft Windows license is expired.  It gave a number to call back.  Blocked.  It's a complete trash scam phone call. Run as far away as you can. Do not call back. Do not pass go.  Do not collect $200.

they called my home phone yesterday and today my cell number, both same female voice with warning about Microsoft license expiring

Same as all of the above.  I filed a complaint with the FTC and then called them back and gave them a piece of my mind.  Maybe that's what we should do.  Harass them back!  Clog up their phone lines and prevent them from contacting those they want to steal from.
