Called my cell phone and did not leave a message. I returned the call from a land line. A man answered speaking Spanish.

T Mobile has them flagged as a telemarketer and I have them blocked, but they keep on calling.

Called spanish lady from el Salvador trying to save money on my satellite service. They are selling Directv and AT&T. They are a retailer (3rd Party) call center located in El Salvador and THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE THE NAME OF THE RETAILER.

I did not answer. I always Google the number I do not know.
