- AvaHoly cow....this lady just rambles and rambles...claims shes calling on behalf of a "local" real estate company wanting to do a "community project" but yet calls from a number based out of Oregon and gives this 800 number as a call back. Asked to speak to the marketing department
- FallwaterCall from someone wanting to refer business to my practice. Upon returning call Desmond explained in return for $495/yr Caldwell banker realiters would refer to me, and a community guide would be distributed 4 times a year, in addition there would be a meet and greet session in 6 weeks time. Spoke with the office manager and they did not know of any such thing, they showed me numerous publications available but nothing they sponsor.

- BrittanyGot a phone call. I agreed to the ad, but by the end of the conversation, enough questionable things had happened that I realized it was a hoax. I spoke with Maria. She mentioned she was from "downtown." We don't really have a "downtown." I also thought it was strange that in my small community, it was an 800 number. She took all my billing information and said I would get an email and I would then need to replay CONFIRM. She then would call me back in 15 minutes to take down credit card info. She didn't know how to spell the popular street of our business and needed the zip code repeated (surprising for a "realtor"). Needless to say, I did my research and found this site, so I will NOT be confirming or giving her information.

- Roger replies to ticotexasSays they are from my local century 21 real estate company. Not a chance.
- Serge replies to ticotexasThey are presenting themselves as Vendors United company. Offered the advertisement placement through local Real Estate company magazine. No one called back or responded to my emails, representative phone not answering after they've got mu credit card. I reported them to my bank and replaced my credit card, so they will not be able to charge it again. Surprisingly, someone answered the phone today, I just hung up.
- J replies to ticotexasJust got a message from them with request for local Baird & Warner office. Have been duped in past but not again!
- DinoThanks to everyone who posts warnings on sites like this. I too received a call and saw red flags right away. The guy was reading from a sheet of paper with a lot of pauses to pronunciate the company he is from and he had a hard time saying the name of the city. Funny thing is, the company he is referring to already uses me as a vendor regularly. These people are getting really bad at the act on the phone.

- NicoleReceived a call from 503-217-2535 on my business line from Toya who asked me to call her back at 800-620-3790 ext 332 to discuss a meet and greet project she is working on for a local realty company. I never called back, but I did call the realty company and they have no knowledge of this "meet and greet" project.
