- gena replies to chris| 4 repliesI Have a loan from them and they are over charging me. They won't stop taking from my account. I have paid them triple of the loan. So please don't get a loan from them!!! They are rip offs.
- Cindy replies to kellyI had the same problem happen to me
- robinhow about the asian folks who call over and over from a different number each time? they use common american names but can hardly speak english. then they say u have to go to western union to pay a sum of money "to prove u have money in an account". they then supposedly wire the money u needed along with the amount u just payed to them....!! i went through this for weeks, the non-stop calling. they would just hang up if i asked any questions. then the phone would ring from yet a different number moments later....like i wouldn't notice it was them again...lol. the only way i could finally get rid of them was by screaming in their ear everytime and that even took a few days.....

http://nikkis-bubble.blogspot.com/2011/05/internet-scam-warning.html - Denise replies to SigmaEmployee| 1 replyI did the same thing for the loan on Monday, was told the deposit would be done next day since its was after 3pm, here it is friday and still no deposit of the 200. Explain that.
- babybubba replies to SigmaEmployeei understand where you are coming from, but when the loans are paid off you continue to take the money out. i have my transactions right here and i can DEFINITELY tell you that its paid off and you continue to take money!!! i have over draft fees up the a$$ because of it. just want to say thanks for nothin!
- bear replies to paul| 1 replyI was approved over a week ago and still haven't had the 200 deposited into my account. I am worried after reading all the posts left for this supposed company.
- WOWSpoke with these people today; Something told me to research more. I hung up on them. Just didn't seem right & most payday loan companies online or inside of the office... will do all the work once you bring in your bank statement. This place has you calling the bank & acts as if they're not on the phone w/you. That's where they lost me!

- casper replies to qwerty| 1 replyi had a loan for 200 and would have repaid 289, but they kept taking 89 a paycheck from me without giving me the option to pay or contacting me at all until after they had taken over 300, then they contacted me saying i could pay in full or pay the fee...SCAM...a 200 loan ended up costing me almost 700 because i was lied to on the phone by them. I printed the loan agreement but was not able to do so until AFTER i was approved over the phone and the man on the phone outright LIED so not sure but i don't think i have any legal ground to stand on...
- casper replies to kellydon't do it....but if you do, know this....the 89 a paycheck they take out does NOT go toward your loan...it's called a "renewal fee"...they took 386 from me before i knew it and then i STILL had to pay the 289...not worth it for 200 bucks!!
- c replies to SigmaEmployeeso you must not be the guy who OUTRIGHT LIED to me on the phone and told me i could NOT pay my loan in full and led me to believe the 89$ a paycheck was payment on my loan....thanks but what you are defending is what makes it hard to get ahead in this country and is absolutely contributing to the decline of our economy...but i'm sure you are doing just fine while my daughter is HUNGRY
- c replies to Audreythe 89 a payday is a "renewal fee" you will still owe them 289 on top of what they have already taken...i got a 200 loan and they took 386 PLUS i had to pay them the 289...this can't be legal?! but i want to warn everyone else as i was misled into thinking the 89 a paycheck was payment on the loan...it's NOT!!
- Rick5457 replies to paul| 1 replyYea-I have a fax # 800-455-9885
- CvI am looking for the number to contact them about full repayment..
- Call type: Telemarketer
- KariYou people are all crazy. They tell you right off that you need to call them 3 business days prior to your payday to tell them if you want to pay it off. Money isn't free. If you don't pay the loan off, they charge you a fee. That's just common sense. All your posts make me laugh. If you can't read, or can't afford interest for that matter, Don't take out a loan!
- Kira| 2 repliesI received a loan from this company I never had any issues. They take out the 89 automatically if u don't request to pay it in fool. The loan is not for long term. Then you have to call to let them no u want to pay in fool. They always took out what they suppose to never more. If it was a scam wouldn't they take out more from your account.
