- B-Edwards replies to Melissa Randall| 4 repliesShill Alert!
Sure they did "Melissa"... And you just were passing by this thread and decided to put in a good word for your good friends the debt scammers?
Quite a history your best friends have. Recovery Mediation... Here we go, right from the web... in words more truthful people: "Sleezy Pay-Day Loan Scammer.... phone calls to home phones, 10-12 calls in one hour.... threatening voice mails and messages left at people's work places (Not Nice, Melissa)... no documents supplied to support the claim of unpaid debt... Lies told to the victims such as claims that Courts had authorized arrest and imprisonment... Wow. First Class Crooks and Creeps there.
And You are their Shill? How do you live with that? You know how to hit bottom and just keep going, don't you..... Please post back, I would love to hear from you!
© - CWG40 replies to Melissa RandallYeah. Everyone knows a debt collector can get "allegations" dismissed. Total clap-trap.

- Wasn't Born YesterdayI get messages daily that they will serve me by the end of the day. I have NEVER been able to get anyone on the phone. They provide ZERO information about alleged debt. There is also no website that I can find for this company. I think it is a scam.

- Efrain Rivera Jr.| 2 repliesI just received a call from this number about 5 minutes ago. They claim that United Cash Loans is suing me for over a thousand dollars (forgot the exact amount) and the gentleman's name was Lance Forbes. Im curious to know why I have never received any notification from United Cash Loans in the mail? Althiougjh I have taken out cash loans in the past (years ago), I am pretty sure that I paid them all off. Mr. Forgbes also stated that they are suing me for malicious intent. Should I get a lawyer? The call sounded very legit, but I am so weary of these calls and don't trust them...

- RaeLance Forbes called stating that he has a case against my sister, gave case number and stated it was time sensitive. Thing is, when I asked for more info, he said "I think that's all I can give you". Except the thing is, he should KNOW what he can and cannot give to a person. Total scam
- Caller: Lance Forbes from Court Recovery

- Rae replies to Efrain Rivera Jr.Statute of limitations for debt collection is 4-6 years. It's a scam. They do NOT call to warn you that you are going to be served with papers. That would give you a chance to run.
- Roddy replies to Efrain Rivera Jr.No way- opposite of legit- DESPERATE! Just block the number on your phone and alert the FTC so he will eventually be brought down for breaking very clear & specific rules of conduct.
- Hee hee replies to Melissa RandallNice try loser- technology has made your scam obsolete- only the MOST uninformed out of touch ppl wud even still fall for this scam. You should contemplate killing yourself maybe?

- Jaggwire replies to B-EdwardsLove your response to "Melissa"! Her reply didn't pass the sniff test. May not even be a "her." I'm sure they look up their own number on sites such as these and paste in as many complimentary comments as they can. Too funny! They have been calling my son for a year--each time telling me they were going to serve papers. They just called again today (6/22/17). I asked him if they need to use a Garmin to locate us. Says his name is "Lance Fords" with Court Recovery. Just the name should be a tip. "Court Recovery" cannot happen unless a court has ruled against a defendant. Unless there's been a case, a court cannot rule. If no papers have been served, no case will be heard. They hope the general population is ignorant. But we're not.
- HeatherThis joker called me today saying a cash place had 2 claims against me for back in 2011. This is the same thing he did back in april stating some cash place had 2 claims against me from 2009. I called the cash advance place and they ran my social and have zero record of me ever having done business with them. Which I was pretty certain of in the first place. He could not give me any information as to exact times these loans took place and how they were not paid back via bank account. I have had the same account over 20 years. I called BS on him and said I would take my chances in court. By law if someone is suing me or making a judgement against me I have a right to the information. I said if he ever called my number again I would get an attorney to be contacting him to take him to court! Also as others have stated you can not find legit info on them. No address or website at all and he's the only one who ever calls. When I call back he's the only one who ever answers. That's suspect as well. Sorry [***] [***]!

- KlingPeople this is scam, they probably have your full name and personal information, don't fall for this. It's scam they trying to get you to send them money for some type of loan or cash advance loan. No matter what they say to you. Don't let them scared you, they will not do anything they just want to intimidate you to get money from you.

- Donna| 3 repliesLance Forbes called my place of employment today 8/2/17. Stated he was from Court Recovery, said I owed 1,800 dollars to an Express Cash from June of 2011. I told him I had never heard of that place. I also told him I was going to notify my Lawyer to investigate. He said well you have till Friday at 3:00 or papers will be served. Im taking my chances. This is crazy

- Deborah Smith| 1 replyReceived a call on voice mail from Lance Fords or Forbes saying that there were 2 pending allegations against me and that they would try to serve papers at my residence or place of employment. They would try to stop this from happening if I called today. The number they gave however was 900-635-2110. I did try to reach this number but 'it could not be reached as dialed.' I then dialed 800- 635-2100 and got Court Recovery Services.
