Unintelligible pre-recorded message left on my voicemail while I was at work.  I called back later in the day and the person answering the phone didn't state the company name and said they were trying to reach some person who I'd never heard of.

very rude on the phone would not tell me who he was, when I asked him not to call back he said he was not calling about a credit card anf the company was NCO and would not give any more details???? I laughed and said do not call back ever again as I am complaining to the ftc and then he said good luck and hung up. he was very rude!!!!!

Keeps calling my phone number. They asked me several times if I was a girl friend of the person they are looking for.  I had to ask 5 times before they would acknowledge that I want them to STOP calling.

I deplore "predictive dialers" and really wish they were illegal.  If anyone - individual OR company - places a call they should actually be on the line when the call is answered.
