My husband told them numerous times that we don't do donations over the phone. They continue calling, and don't understand "No".

constantly calls, very annoying.

called at 9:56 am, 10:00am and 10:02 on August 20.

9:02 a.m. (!) -- nothing for several seconds, then call-center sounds for about 10 seconds, then hang-up.

Called, then asked me if I was so and so, then hung up.

Today 800-641-6027 called and said they were something like "Cancer centers of America."

They are one of the groups that spend 50 or 60 % of their income of telemarketing or as we know it harassment.

Who knows they may even be prisoners hired to do the calling. prisoners did wiring sets for us and we had to redo the work.  gives you an idea of why htey don't seem to care too much

Have called at least twice today.  Never leave a message.

They called us tonight Feb 25,2008 @ 8:30 and hubby told them its too late to be calling! They hung up fast!

This number calls me at all hours, but mostly evenings.  It is a company called, "ACS."  Supposedly they represent various charitable organizations.  I have asked that I be removed from their call list and apparently they haven't gotten around to doing this --- that was MONTHS ago!!

THEY called MANY weeks ago "STATING" they were "THE Navy Vets" Collecting FUNDS for "RETURNING, DISABLE Navy Personal" (???).
I told "THEM" to send ME, the "FACTS" in the MAIL & IF (???)I FEEL, they are for REAL I MAY send "SOMETHING"? THEY Stating they would PUT
ME down for $20.00(?) & hung up!!!  

NOW, they call me 2-3 times a DAY, ASKING (almost DEMANDING) the DONATION!!!

THE FLYER..... they SENT has the "ENTIRE" back page,  FULL of DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS ( STATING...THEY ARE NOT RELATED... to ANY VA
Organizations, in "ANYWAY"  Etc & ETC!!!

Call comes at all hours of the day. Upon answering they always delay in response. Asks for my husband when either I or my daughter answer the phone.  When told he is unavailable (most of the time they call when he is at work) they then hang up.

A guy named Xavier calls me every month to give again. Never give anything to these guys you'll be in the loop forever!

These people call three or four times a day.  Just let the phone ring is all I do.  My Phone, I choose who I talk to.

They call me too. I send them money and they promise to take my name off the call list. But than I get another phone call thanking me for my generous offer and asking me for more money. It usually gets bad around December.

I meant 1-800-641-6027. They say we are tax write off. They really are but how much can you write off?
