Called my cell and woke me up. No message left. Appreciate the posting from Lisa representing the un-named "research political survey company". I have long since dropped my land line because most calls were unwanted. I will not answer any unknown call to my cell because now most calls I get are scammers. Either illegal, so they don't care about don't call lists, or financially or politically motivated so they know the loop holes to get around the don't call list. And of course the political law makers make sure there is a major loop hole for their special interests to harass people with unwanted calls. Your company makes money from them, which we pay for with our tax money. Many of us which have to work non-day shift hours so your calls wake us up, interrupt our meals and family time. Participating in anything related to a call only encourages those actions to continue. I should not have to be woken up from sleeping to have to tell every company that I want to be put on a "do not call list" when I'm already on it.

This number has simultaneously rang my landline and cell 3 times in the last 24 hours (a new benchmark for privacy intrusion). Big waste of your time if you are doing an election survey, all the candidates running in IL should be behind bars.

Same as the others. Number is blocked. I say to all these companies:  GFY!

So what you're saying is that you have 25 years experience in harassing people.  If someone wants to run for office, they need to live and learn, not buy data poll results.  You are scum, second in trash only to the political careerists that you market to.  Also, you DO NOT honor your 'internal do not call list'.  I have requested to be removed several times.  You [***] even have called me at 10:30pm and woke me up.  Your kind are vile and disgusting.

Ranting to someone who shilled 2 years ago will not help anyone, since this is not a blog for the callers as most never return to see replies to such an old post.
Telling about YOUR call would be much more useful to know what has changed in the calls coming from this number.

Some joker calling to talk about the upcoming election. I told them that I don’t give a [***] and to never call the ever again. BLOCK!

no message. If Lisa does represent the entity using this number and the business is legit, their callers need better training.

Call came in on cell as scam likely. Obviously I didn't answer it. No message left. Now blocked.

When I answered "Law Offices" there was breathing on the other end, but nobody spoke.  So I hung up.

If this is a survey company, maybe the caller didn't know how to respond to someone answering a non-residential number.

Poor training, either way.  Probably bogus survey company.  I'm marking it as "prank."

Received a call from this number a short time ago.....no message!!

They've called our law office 8 times this week.  I am going to try this and see what I get.

"I would be happy to take your survey.  But before we begin, I am required to inform you that the answers to the survey will be deliberately inaccurate, and not a reflection of the opinions of anyone at this number, and therefore I will need your written acknowledgement of that, which you will need to include with your published results.  I will provide you by mail with the written disclaimer and acknowledgement, by mail, and upon my receipt back I will be happy to take your survey.  To whom shall I address the envelope?"

They call daily to the point of more than an annoyance.  I am sick and tired of this.
Hope you can do something about this problem.  I think it is some type of marketing company or survey  or even worst a political call.

We are a polling firm based in Florida, with over 25 years of experience in conducting telephone surveys.   We use a computer dialer system to call landline phones and we manually dial cell phones to achieve compliance with the FCC and TCPA.  Our company does not leave messages because our main goal is to acquire the opinions of the general public on various topics and political matters. Our interviewers arrange for a callback at another time.  The National Do Not Call list does not apply to research companies because we are not selling anything, or collecting money of any kind.  The only purpose of our company is to gather the opinions of the public and aggregate data from those opinions.  Every survey we conduct is collected confidentially and the purposes of the calls are strictly for research by our various clients. ..  Our company has an internal DO NOT CALL LIST and if you tell any interviewer to put you on that list they will be happy to do so.  Typically within 24 hours, the request is put into our system and your number is removed from all future calling.

I have asked your company to put our number on your so called "internal DO NOT CALL LIST". That has been over 1 month and today I received 2 phone calls and the people on your end are very rude. I am now going to file a complaint against your company.
