rRceived a call from judge group... they are a staffing company for the likes of Intel, AMD, and other semiconductor companies.  Lately, they seem to be helping indian and asian hiring managers in silicon valley screen people out of jobs by adding fake job requirements, such as LEC and lintings, or renaming tools such as modelsim to questa to pretend that people are unqualified.  In my opinion they are using this trick to racially skew the teams in a company towards people from india by pretending that everybody who's not from india is unqualified because they don't know LEC or UVM and even if you
did know this tool they would just pretend you don't know it and tell it to management as the reason why they
didn't hire you.
