    626-465-7906  Claiming to be UPS representing Amazon with a delivery for me that is damaged, and I am to call 800-651-2352 to get a $279.00 credit from Amazon and UPS.  What the F?

    770-557-3001 left a message to call 800-651-2362.  Said he was with UPS on a claim I filed and was coming to inspect the package.  I contacted UPS and they already have everything needed, totally baffled by this caller.

    Claiming to be UPS asking about a package I received damaged on 2/8/23. I did indeed receive a damaged package (a $27 item) and put claim in with Amazon, sent pic of damaged item, they sent a new one, case closed. Now I get a call about the packaging and if I still have it??? No. Very scammy. How did they even know I had a package returned?
