- MattCreeps. Knew the name of my credit union and said they were calling in response to an email inquiry I had to the credit union. Never had an inquiry. Called my credit union and they said it wasn't them. Just another scam to try to get account information. Do NOT call them back!
- DestinyReceived a LETTER from the "Plastic Card Administration" of my credit union, stating I had recently update my mailing address with them and they have updated their records. They wanted me to review the address they then listed to verify the information was correct. They listed my old address and wanted me to call them at this number if the address was incorrect. (As though THAT made sense!) I'm taking the letter to my credit union today to let them know there's been an online infiltration.
- JbPAdam with strong east Indian accent comes on line after a recording and pressing 1, talks about saving me money by consolidating my credit card bills. He asks prying questions like what card balance is (not sure), what card it is (maybe Mastercard), asks account number (not sure) asks last 4 of my social (think it is under my wife's social and not sure) claims he can look up my balance but never does. Tries to end call, but I feign interest and ask for call back number. He says call 800-654-7728 and ask for Adam. I called back # shown on CID 805-415-1712, and get a local tire company, so faked number. When I call 800 number recording asks for my card number - likely a fake.

- jpawI keep getting letters in the mail that appear to be coming from my credit union, stating that they need me to update my email address on account with them. I know this is not true, because I have been in recent and constant communication with my CU. It's a scam to get information from you or to sell you something. IGNORE.

- dave replies to zzzzzzzzz| 1 replyI have a nice way of treating these guys.
1.When you have time ... and they give that ridiculous scam of zero interest...I tell them I don't have my wallet and will ask "my wife in another room" to get it for me. Then i string them along with stuff like "she's looking for it" ,"can't find it", etc to draw things out. After about 10 minutes I let them know I'm scamming them and know they're fraudulent. - ernest| 2 repliesI had called my credit union to dispute a payment. they were going to email me the dispute forms. got an email from DisputeForm@pscu.com with this number attached to it. thankfully my computer blocked it and said it was unsafe because i didn't even think about it and just contacted my credit union about it
- PSCU is not a scam replies to ernest| 1 replyIf you do your research before running your mouth, you'll know PSCU is not a scam. They work with your credit unions to prevent fraud.
- Tygerkat replies to PSCU is not a scamThat doesn't mean all calls or emails from them are legitimate. Scammers frequently spoof legitimate phone numbers.
Why did you bother to look up a known phone number anyway? Simply to insult that person? - post pending moderator approval
- MLCalled and stated he represented a credit union that I didn't even use. Stated my cashapp, zelle and venmo was compromised. I told him he was scamming and he got vulgar and read my address and threatened to show up.
- Call type: Scam suspicion
- EliasGot an email claiming that my card was rejected but the last four digits of my supposed card do not match my card. I searched for the number and found this page. It doesn't match any phone number associated with my credit union. Assuming scam.
- MonicaG*SCAMMERS*
I just received a confirmation letter stating that $325 would be deducted from my account toward the payment of my credit card. The name of my credit union nor my checking account were mentioned so I knew (Credit Card Services) was most likely a scam. I hope people don’t fall for this and call them.
