Real estate scam.  Attempting to hassle elderly homeowner to sell their homes for cheap.

Received postcard: "urgently need to speak with you about (address)," "tried for hours to find your phone number" online & "keep this matter private"

Receive postcard saying it's urgent for them to speak with me that it was a third notice

Same thing, the Postcard states THIRD NOTICE. I've done all I can to get a hold of you and this is my last resort.

Received postcard saying it's urgent for them to speak with me and that it was the third notice and would appreciate keeping this matter private!

You can take that card to the PO and report it. Might do some good if they have been sending out a lot of them. Otherwise, just toss it, from other posts this is a Buy Your Home Scam.

Postcard says third notice and to keep the communications private. Want me to call 800 656 0436.
They say no one will answer the number but there is a message for me if I call.   It's a scam.   These people are nasty.  I wish I could find a payphone to call them from.  It also came hand delivered even tho it looks like it came in the mail.  Beware of these crooks!  They put a suite number and if they ask for it, DO NOT GIVE IT.  ITS HOW THEY ID YOU   ITS HOW THEY TAKE YOUR HOUSE WITHOUT YOU KNOWING IT.

Some scammer who's name is ME.
Want to buy your home scam and is really annoying.
