    Left message on Voicemail:
    Chinese woman speaking Chinese language.
Followed by woman's voice in Engllish: "Welcome to the DHL Express. This is a notice from the Chinese Voice Department. Start reporting now."
Followed by Chinese woman speaking more Chinese language.

I don't know anyone in China and don't speak the language and have never dealt with 'DHL Express'.
    Number Blocked.

I have a 'Windows Phone' (probably one of about 10 still operating) and after the call, I had to remove the battery and reboot the phone to regain access to my email accounts and text messages.
This behavior has happened before following an incoming call which included a Voicemail with a message in the Chinese language.
