Credit card merchants. Called from a blocked number at 11pm at night. Telling me I must convert my credit card machine...blah...blah. Then left this number as a call back number. At least have the huevos to list your real number. UGH!

These jerkwads called us at 11 pm last night leaving a long illegal robocall and woke up our entire household! Will be trying to get an address so we can serve them for court. CID blocked left call-back # 800-656-4716. Can't even escape these [***] in the wee hours! Now we have to disconnect our phone at night. See they called another person at 11pm also.

Fraudulent, deceptive and illegal robocall placed to our business voice mail on Sunday, June 5, 2016.

The message was as follows: " Hi, this is Joe with Merchant Services and this is to let you know that data security requires you to upgrade your credit card processing to be EMV compatible to avoid liability. We can still offer you the free credit card processing upgrade until our supplies last on a first come, first serve basis and we'll also lower your monthly merchant bill by over 20% due to minimizing risk. So please call me today at 800-656-4716 option 1."

We don't do business with this company! What a sham scam, fraudulent and illegal company they are. Hopefully, they will be shut down and sent to jail for this deceptive and illegal practice.

Yes, like the other messages, this one was late at night on our business phone saying that our data security needs an upgrade.

The reason why you get called at around 10:30 or 11:00pm at night is because it is around 9:00-9:30am in India and those parts of the world so they start those robocalls then.

These SOB's called us at 4:00am!  Scared the crap out of me.  I'm getting ready to call and thank them.  I will be reporting this to the FTC if I can.

Rec'd call at 11:59 pm Sunday.  We have tenants so we don't shut down phones.  I see from others that they also got calls late at night or in wee hours; obviously call is coming from across the sea.  Jerks!

QUIT CALLING A HOLES

Just got one of these at work and CID said "Private Caller." Hmmm. The recording was just like others have reported, and his name was Joe. Sorry, "Joe" I have a merchant services company that I deal with that doesn't feel the need to hide their phone number.

Exactly like another person, I think this is a ROBO call.  The message was the same: " Hi, this is Joe with Merchant Services and this is to let you know that data security requires you to upgrade your credit card processing to be EMV compatible to avoid liability. Called at 11:37 PM..... merchant compliance..credit card processing... I own a business but use square. Boy oh boy.... I'm going to give this company a piece of my mind. Calling people at almost midnight..... what is the matter with these creatures.

Called at approx. 4:45 am this morning - Caller ID showed Private # & said to call John back. When I called back 800-656-4716 after 7 am PST - I was given option 1 or option 2 to be removed - I chose option 1 because I wanted to speak to someone in charge of this company and let them know that calling my storage facility at 4 am in the morning is not an acceptable business practice and that no we would not be doing business with them as we are already well taken care of. Wouldn't you know it.? After I pressed option 1 - a recording came on after about 3 minutes of being on hold and said "Due to the high volume of calls we are receiving - please leave your name & number and we will return your call." GRRRRR.!!!! Make it stop.!!!!!
