    Same call just now, word for word. Interesting she said to be sure that you have a copy of your bill when you call back. If it was legit, they would already know that information! She did sound pretty hot though!

    Some callers often hang up as soon they get any kind of answer while others will at least have decency to say something. Nonetheless, it's still a way to find out if your number has any kind of answer. They're not looking for anyone in particular other than a live voice and working number. No kind of answer stops them.

    Left a VM saying she was Lisa Newman regarding a reduction in the generation portion of my electric bill with Met-Ed.  Last week this same voice left a VM saying her name was Katherine Newman, phone #800-691-4535 regarding a reduction in the generation portion of my electric bill with PPL (on a different property).  Voice sounded mature, businesslike.  Plan to report it to both utility companies.
