Spoke Chinese I do not know what it said however I heard Well Fargo several times

Recording saying my SSN had been Flagged by the Social Security Administration and that I would be arrested if I didn’t speak to a representative by pressing #1, should have pressed it just to see what they wanted to scam me out of but didn’t have the time, needless to say the number is blocked.

Same experience as Steven above - "recording saying my SSN had been Flagged by the Social Security Administration and that I would be arrested if I didn’t speak to a representative by pressing #1", except that I DID press 1.  When I did that the call immediately disconnected, so I was denied my opportunity to tell the caller to go pound salt.
