The only way to stop the payments is to cancel your credit card straight away.

Got my credit card bill, two charges on it for this, one for $49.72 and one for $13.22. Rang my credit card company as i never ordered anything, and they will take of the charge of $13.22 but not the bigger one. I haveto go through an unauthorised transaction argument and fight and it takes 45 days or longer, and in the meantime they could charge me again. I rung the 08006539588 number, which is in Cyprus and surprise surprise, it no longer exists.

I have same problem. I rang the number 1-800-659-3588 it told me the number is not recognised. Apparently after searching online theres a few numbers to ring but none of them are legit. People all over the world are having problems. This is a scam and unfortunately we've all been ripped off. I suggest cancelling your credit card and ordering a new one. I've been on the phone this morning to Lloyds to try and sort it out. Lloyds Tsb have a 30 day guarantee so if you don't receive goods within 30 days they'll try to claim the money back for you. Ask your bank to see if they can help.

When I placed the order someday in January, their online ordering system seemed to get broken and could not go through. As I never got an order confirmation, I thought there was no deal. However, I Just found I was charged $59.95 for pills and $4.95 for web access on March's credit card report. How evil it could be?! I have NEVER receive any pills from them. Does some one know where this company is located and which authority we can report to about this scam?

Just phoned them after realising that this was a scam 5 minutes after I stupidly ordered them... took a few minutes to get through on that number.

I asked to cancel my account and she took my name which she couldnt find and then took my email address. The lady was actually kind of nice - totally the opposit from what i was expecting!! she said that I would get charged for the packet and that I have to return the packet to them with my account number that she gave me and I wont get charged! lets just hope i get the packet within the 14 days!!

Cancelled my card replies to moe
CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD. If you can't get through, cancel your credit card. No credit card, no money taken out of your account! Just tell the credit card company to issue you a different card!

    Hey,

You can email support@acaiburn.com to cancel but they will just send you an automated email response.  I have had to shut down my bank account.  Transfer all of my direct debits & transfer my wages & savings to my new account because I read all the horror stories & didnt want 2 take the chance of them taking any more money from me.

Its such a misleading & dishonest "company" Dont bother trying to call them as it seems that even when they say they will cancel, they dont.  your better off trying to block them through your card issuer or bank.

    Hope this helps.
