I asked them to leave a message for the person they were trying to reach. They said "a guy in the U.S.A." Their tone was inappropriate when they said this. Therefore, I did not deliver the message. This is especially because it came from a 1-800 number which is usually supposed to be a business number. This means they were unprofessional in their tone, and in their choice of words when leaving a message.
Who is this?

VERY VERY RUDE here too.  Collection company.  Would not supply details.  Apparently it is Receivable Management Systems.  CAn not get through to their head office at http://www.rmsna.com/ or 866.329.3691 to get details or speak to someone other than the less than professional person I talked to.

collection agency .. most places if u tell them u refuse to pay, they will close the account and stop calling... spoke french and was a little too personal for a business call.. didnt even call me by my full name.. he nick named me..
