    Received on 12/27/2007 around 116 pm and again on 01/02/2008 at 300pm.  It is Secure Horizons phone spam.  They do not even offer service in my area but persist in leaving voice mail.  I will keep reporting them to donotcall.gov and the FCC until they can't afford the fine(s).
