Also confirming that this number is SalesForce.com Support. No funny business here, just a support representative following up on a case I logged.

It was Salesforce Support; the number is generic because it comes from a call center.

It's Salesforce. I opened a case today.  I specifically mentioned in the case that they were not to call me. They shouldn't even have a phone number on the account.  Very frustrating.
