Called the number back and an automated system claimed to be my mortgage company (it named the correct company).  It mentioned a "special offer" asked if anyone over the age of 50 lived in the household.  When I replied "no" the system offered me a $100 rebate coupon for "stores like Walmart" for only $1.95 and asked for my credit card number.  When I didn't reply, it said I didn't qualify and the call was ended.

Also, I called my mortgage company and they said they don't offer anything like that and said it sounded like fraud.
