Got a call from this number. They say they do government grants and want a professing fee.  Anyone else get this call?

I got a call also.  Does anyone know anymore about this company?

There are a few complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau with a few of th em being resolved.  Still looking for more.

They called me too, I was thinking they were a scam. If anybody finds anything else out, email me sasha_The_Dragon_keeper@yahoo.com. If you can, subject the title "Re: Grants Usa Info Scams" or something. Thanks.

Also, when they called my cell phone, this is the number that came up.
780-747-1139. I've tried searching that phone number, and got nothing.

I applied to them for a grant application kit.  They said pretty much no one is turned down.  I was turned down.  I sent the letter declining me to them for refund in October of 2008.  I'm still waiting.  I will now contact the BBB.

I forgot something.  Does anyone know where they are located?  I mean, which city.   Thank you.

I don't know if this is the number the call came from, but I was Accepted!! Ha Ha for a mall business grant. -paid my money and nothing-Since August, 2008 I have tried to cancel and get my money back-I have called 1-866-312-3463, and e-mailed: info@grantsusa.com, 100's of times. Please help-Thanks

Its a scam from what I can tell. They also call themselves Your Funding Guide, Grants Services, Creative Fusion INC, and CFC INC. Their address is a UPS store in Clarksville TN, their really out of Canada. Check the BBB, they give them a F score.

That's exactly the same # that they used with me today... It sound's like a scam!!! They gave me the extension 3 for customer service using the same #. Also the same phone # but ending with 4623 ext 1 for Betty.

I just got a call from Betty 866-312-3463 she wanted me to give her my account info for a 349.00 fee.No way i think its a scam..She said they do all the work to get you a small buisness loan/grant.Go on their website and read the small print..

Yes yourfundingguide.org is a scam.I talked to a Mrs.James today and she advise once I send the fee charge of $349 it takes 6-8 weeks and then I will get the govenrment grant for my buisness I did some research first and YES they are frauds and been at this for a long time now.

Yourfundingguide.org called me on 1/5/11, I spoke with Patrick.  Don't let the .org fool you. He went over the program in great detail.  He said that the call was being recorded for quality control.  He was very very convincing about how the program works and yes it costs $349.  He said the fee is totally refundable if I do not get the funding. I was ready to give him my credit card #, but a little voice said wait!  I thought about what I was about to do over the phone with my credit card information, and with so much fraud going on in the world, I said to him "don't take this the wrong way, but I want to research your company before I proceed” He said "be my guest and just call me when you are ready to proceed"  I did the research and found all of you!  I found many others out there who lost their money as well!  I am so glad I took the time to do the research and have learned to do this EVERY time in the future!  Stay frosty my friends, it's a cruel world out there!

I am going throught some files doing my tax return and came across a charge to this company in June 2010.  

I didn't do the reseach and got caught with a charge of 349.99 to my credit card.  The gal Kayla sounded so nice and I believed what she said.   I thought I was going to get some help getting a grant for my businesss.  

I have been trying for months to get it back.   I didn't start soon enough and found out the credit card company only refunds if you call within 60 days after the charge.  I could not get anyplace with the gal I talked too.   --- Interesting when I called this number I have been getting a transfer number to 1-800-997-0901.  She says she has never heard of this place.   ---- Well, what can I do next?   Anybody got any ideas.

I am glad I saw this post. I was about to go ahead with this. All of you who have not received a refund should contact your state's Attorney Generals office and file a complaint.  Without fail every time I have done this with an unscrupulous company, I have received by money back.

It is a shame. I spoke to a Betty also, she said the company was located in Tennesse.
